Map of forest cover at 250-m resolution derived with MODIS 8-day reflectance data and ancillary data (see supplemental information). Forested pixels have 25% or more forest cover. Not accurate for estimating total forest cover, but accurate for estimating woody biomass over the Puerto Rican landscape.
Purpose: For masking map of woody biomass.
